The RKM Base is a subscription to eight new classes per month, two classes per week.
The RKM Expand includes all new Base classes and access to our database of more than 100+ classes organized joint by joint, level by level. Bonus access to self-assessment videos for each joint.

This applies to monthly enrollments only. Your payment grants you access to Base/Expand for one month. The payment will auto charge the next month to automatically continue your enrollment. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so on Paypal at any time.

Our new monthly classes are half and mini classes - bite sized training sessions to fit into your schedule! Classes are a combination of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kinstretch, using body weight and limited equipment to control our ranges of motion. We work every single joint in the body! If you are an Expand member, you will find many longer duration classes. New to Kinstretch? Try out a sample class in the link above!

The RKM is for anyone looking for guidance with their mobility training. We teach individuals from all walks of life in our online programs. In this subscription, we will vary from beginner, intermediate and advanced training options to support a diverse group of people. The RKM does not replace physical therapy. If you are currently in the acute stage of an injury, please consult your physician.

In most cases, we use minimal equipment. Please have a yoga mat, x2 yoga blocks, x2 tennis balls, x2 dowels and a yoga pillow. To take a step further, we recommend ankle weights, light, medium and heavy long resistance bands, access to a pullup bar, and light to moderate weights ranging from 10-40lbs.
