Zach and Dani a married team who live in South Florida!
Together they operate MoveHow LLC.
THE TEAM
Dani and Zach are a husband and wife duo with one mission: teach people how to move better. The RKM is their online training platform that has impacted thousands of people worldwide - and it started with humble beginnings! Born in 2018 in a >1,000 square foot apartment in Miami Beach, Zach had the crazy idea to transform his in-person Kinstretch teachings into an online empire. It all started with a spare bedroom, a bright light and a webcam fixed to a wall - and blossomed into the platform you see today! The RKM was the first online Kinstretch training tool out there and continues to lead the market.

As an Assistant FRS Instructor, Zach has years of experience applying the Functional Range System to overcome joint limitations and unlock movement potential. Zach’s goal is simple: Help as many people as possible. Zach founded MoveHow as a way of achieving this goal through remote mobility training, as he realized joint mobility is missing from many training populations worldwide.
Coming from an athletic background, Zach overcame a number sports-related injuries at a young age, leading to his interest in joint health. He attended the University of Delaware where he graduated with his Bachelor in Exercise Science. After graduating, Zach became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) before beginning his personal training career in NYC. After attending FRC in 2014, Zach became a Kinstretch instructor in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. Previous to founding MoveHow, Zach was the Director of Health at an e-learning startup in NYC, forming his hybrid interest in online education and coaching. After founding the RKM in 2018, Zach currently travels across the country to work with professional football and basketball athletes.

To call Dani a mover would be an understatement - when she’s not breaking out her active standing splits - she’s weightlifting, training calisthenics, or clocking in miles on the trail. For Dani, movement is a true source of joy and learning. And that’s exactly what she conveys to her students.
In 2017, Dani suffered her first serious injury - an ACL tear. One of Dani’s driving forces in life is her mission to turn lemons into lemonade, and instead of her injury setting her back, it was her catalyst to breaking through as a joint mobility and strength coach. Using the FRS system, Dani had a full comeback and then some (...she could pistol squat at 6 months). Kinstretch quickly became a valuable weapon for her and her clients to maximize gains and expand movement potential.
Graduating with a double BA in English and Communication from the University of Delaware, Dani has half a decade of Human Resources and business management experience under her belt before she traded her career to pursue her passion of movement and coaching full time. She is a coach in the RKM, teaches 1-1 mobility and strength, and group Kinstretch classes.
